Boat storage

I'm looking for a storage place for my boat. I'm looking for something pretty reasonably priced within the loop (610). I don't mind leaving it outside. Anyone know of a place like this?

How far southwest are you?
what does a typical outdoor spot for a 20' boat go for monthly?
