Looking for a job

Finishing up my degree in Business Administration and I have been looking for a job to apply those skills. Ive interviewed at two home builders as a assistant superintendent to the point of being hired, but they went with the experienced applicants instead.

I even went the outside sales route but that doesnt interest me as much. I have experience in most of the Microsoft Office applications, various logistical skills, and im just finishing up the "filler" credits for my degree. I am familiar with most of the construction fields, hold various automotive skills, and management experience. Refrences are there to back me up and I have a 3.6 GPA.

Anybody have openings or know of anything?

Depends on the job but I know I need to start as entry level. So something above $35k.

Perry Homes was offering $44k and Royce Builder was offering $40k, plus commision. Those were ideal jobs but the only home builders that have contacted me out of the 20 in Houston.

PM sent.

I'm not sure what the sales people here make. They all dress nice and drive German cars though.
