I used to live in Anchor town myself: 1981-84. Not a lot of Harleys up there on the Parks Highway. Welcome to H-town, no moose here though, and a lot less black ice. , I miss the fresh Halibut and King Salmon, not to speak of the 19.5 hours of daylight this time of year....

Yeah - THIS month. My dad lived in Seward, and the weather there was MILD.
