Actually I think it would be under the ATF's jurisdiction. Since it's alcohol....

The History channel just did a modern marvels episode with a story on Absinthe last night.......what a coincidence.

This isn't a controlled substance like heroin or cocaine so I doubt that he would know much about it.

Had it many times in Scotland and once in houston. Pour a shot into a wide mouth glass. Then take 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, dip it lightly into absenth then light spoon. Wait for about 5 seconds to let the sugar caramalize then slowly drip into glass. Flame will ignite the drink then vigerously stir the sugar into drink and extinguish the flame - then - PUT IT DOWN THE HATCH!

Wait 5 to 15 minutes and your Fu((ed!!! Thanks for playing, goodnight! The stuff you buy is no longer hilusnagenic, sorry to dissappoint but it's SUPER strong, the most I have had in one night is 3 shots and oh my word I was rubbered and not trying to gloat but I can put some alcohol away! SO please don't be stupid with it and be careful. Also there are loads of different brands of it and most are cheap knock offs so do your research!
