I have to take a drink before I drive in Houston traffic. Does that make me a bad person?

Wow!! Thats like the time some rednecks were pulling their jon boat on the toll road. tire came off of the trailer and the tire kept rollin down the road till it hit some poor latino yuppies BMW. The rednecks just popped tops on some more beer and paid their toll at the toll booth and kept goin..

This doesn't make any sense:

Quote:
29% of all Hispanic DUI drivers involved in crashes in 2009 had a blood alcohol level of .08 or above. (TxDOT, CRIS)
29% of all Hispanic DUI drivers are at least .08? 100% of all DUI drivers are at least .08%. Thats what defines a DUI driver - having bac of at least .08%.

Don't understand. Re you saying that 29% were intoxicated by alcohol and the other 71% by another substance?

I think the stat meant to say that of all Latino crashers 29% were DUI / >.07
