Which one do you have in your house? Ivory Snow or Woolite??? They're both very mild detergents. (Finally, an area in which I know something!)

the liner. Not all of it comes out, and I was reading all these "how to's" on the net saying how to just put it in a big tub with water and woolite, and squeeze on the liner getting the stuff in there, do that for a while, then throughly wash with water and let it air dry for a day or two

just throw them in the washing machine. if you do the soaking method you may not get all of the soap out and may cause a rash.

but I have no way to wash the inside, and thats what smells. it says to afterwards soak in a bucket of normal water, while you wash it, and keep changing the bucket

Getting all of the soap out is hard to do. If your sweat mixes with the left-over cleaner then it's gonna run down in your eyes and burn the out of 'em.

I use baby shampoo. No more Tears. Smells good too!

About a year with no problems. Baby shampoo is pretty mild.

first, remove all metal screws/fasteners (for safety)
second, coat with margerine
third, microwave on high for 3 minutes
fourth, let stand for 2 minutes

caution, filling will be hot!
