Actually yes...that is YOUR greazy finger print on the GPS plug.... I cleaned the wiring harness on the stator, I haven't done the GPS harness yet.....but don't worry, it will be done before you get it...

No dirty bolts or wires on my ...

There is a LOT of work in these things....The cleaning of every nut and bolt along with cleaning every thing else in the engine just eats up too many hours....

Matter in fact, the NEW 1635s are running about $11k in parts alone.... I would like to build one but.....I'm scared to....LOL thats a lot of money..

Well it was fresh on my mind since I did yours last month but...... I've been doing them since 03 so.....Just like riding a bike....

This one just threw me because it mix matched Gen 1 and 2 rotation assemblies and using a gen 2 crank with gen 1 rods/pistons requires a block spacer and it took a lot of micky mousing to get the deck height right....



Busaboy08 wants a 1441 now... LOL...It may be a FULL build....if he lets me do what I want, it will be my own recipe.....
