I am thinking about calling them up and asking for the exact same suits I order for asking price, then when they say they have them... I can say good and give them my original purchase order #.
I want my suits.

I am just going to leave it alone, it was a shot in the dark anyway....no harm done. Sometimes you win and sometimes you just let it go...

Thats pretty of them.

I originally thought it was a way to drum up new business and get people talking. I guess it was a real mistake, and they aren't going to honor the orders.

I think I would pursue it.
Maybe they made a mistake or maybe they were doing a little bait and switch advertising...
They should honor the purchase, even if they lose money, just to make a customer happy. They'll know better next time.
You agreed to pay the price they listed, they should sell it for that price and BS on, "We can't find it".
Tell 'em to find you an equivalent then...

Ive got the same bs message 3 days in a row, I sent them a responce message telling them I expect them to FIND it and I bought it in good faith and that it was a binding contract and to let me know there intentions so I knew whether to get my attorney involved, we will see what happens, I also had someone create another email and contact them about the suit at regular price, we will see if they FIND it then, if they do them I will forward the email to them and then see what they have to say then, its alot of bs but stuff like this me off, I droped what I was doing and placed the order in good faith and now this bs, I should have had it a week ago

I've got to say, if I got an email saying, "We screwed up, were cancelling your order." I wouldn't like it, but it is honest and I would understand it.

Saying they don't have it in stock and this BS me off because it isn't honest.

I'm not going to worry about it as they didn't charge me, but if you guys have luck with it, let us know.
