Thanks John. I hope they ship them. Like you said, I got a discount of $2718 on these two suits. Should have bought 10.

Now Sid and I will have probably the nicest leathers and the crappiest bikes at the track, LOL. At least we will match.

It is doubtful we will get them. But I am hopeful. A friend pointed out that an offer + acceptance = contract, but there was this disclaimer another friend sent me.

Seems pretty clear, they should honor the price shown at the time of the order. Everybody else is S.O.L.

I won't complain if I get it.

I think the argument would be that it was an inadvertant error as mentioned higher up.

And the counter argument is, "That was the price listed. I purchased at that price, now gimme my suit before i come up there and bust some heads".
Or something like that

Lowe's had an internet price on a pop shade cover(like an easy-up). It was something like, 39.95 but regular price was 139.95.
I hauled up to Lowe's and when I checked out they wanted to charge me 139. I said check your website, the mgr did and they sold it to me for the advertised price.
I figure they gotta be careful with what they say or somebody might hold them to it.

Some companies are really good at honoring price mistakes, some same fk you. It was a lot easier several years ago but companies are cracking down. Best one I got was Bestbuy price mistakes $199 speakers for $19.95. I was able to get two of them. I then drove to another bestbuy and returned them for a $400+ store credit.

I doubt we'll get them, all they have to say is woops we are out of them: "Available While Supplies Last". I just checked my order status and it says that the item is dsicontinued and they are looking through their system for availability....

yeah, why bother changing the price back, if you're out of them wouldn't you just delete the ad?
