New Years Eve

Some friends and I are looking for something different this year. We were thinking about partying at a club/ bar that was within walking distance to a hotel or perhaps finding a hotel that was having a party in the ballroom. I have been looking on the net for hotel/bar package deals but haven't found much. Probably because its to early. I'm looking to get some feedback on club/hotel parties you guys might have been to in the past that you would recommend. Maybe that would help me in my search. It would be nice if you could remember the cost also.

You could always down a bottle of scotch, hop in the truck and go drive around town with your head stuck out the window.

Honestly and in all seriousness here.

New Years is too far off for me to plan anything yet. It's only October and I still have to get through Halloween, Thanksgiving, and then what ever my wife plans to do for Christmas.

We are still nailing down thanksgiving plans. It looks the fam and I will be at my uncles place west of Austin or in Kerrville at my cousins place. I have told my wife that I would like for her to spend Thanksgiving with my extended family but it wouldn't hurt my feelings if she wants to go to her parents. If I am trekking west for Thanksgiving solo I will be riding my moto-scooter. :icon_smil
