That style is a POS. Snap On makes one that works similar, but instead of having two big 'walls' it has three fingers. It's a LOT stronger, but cost $35.

To answer your question, yes, I looked at all pics in the thread.

EDIT: pics posted after my post DO show that the wrench would not work very well.

R-6 owners, you would be if you saw how easy my oil filter was to change. :laughing6
