Anyone want a tard? Saw this on CL, guy looking to swap a tard for a streetbike. Might be a quick way to get one. I do not know the bike or owner. If you are a good horse trader, might be a good option.

Hello all i want to trade my 04 KTM 625 SMC for a sports bike.... My girl wants to ride with me when i go out and she cant on my super moto so its time to get something bigger. Ktm has new tires, oil change, spark plug, air filter, radiator catch can. Runs like a top with only 5000 miles, just renewed the tags today and i have a clear texas title in hand. Looking for a R6, Triumph 675, GSXR 600 but hit me up with you trades im willing to throw down some cash plus the trade as well. My name is Ryan Hit me up with what you got at 832 221 9362 text or call anytime.

When i moved here i finally was able to pick up a bike. I had to stop racing MX in 2007 when i had surgery on my collarbone, and my parents were and still are completely against me having a streetbike. anyways, i looked around...i grew up racing and my dad always had speed triples, monsters, daytona's, guzzi v11's (which i will say is one of the most amazing motorcycles i have ever ridden....if you have never experienced and italian vtwin you need to..)...i could have gotten pretty much whatever i wanted, reasonably. I have ridden a good bit of street bikes, but honestly my 250sf is one of the funnest things i have ever ridden, females included It wheelies on demand, stoppies on demand, it goes off road, it gets EXCELLENT gas mileage. The list goes on and on as to why you should have one. As for the chicks dont dig em factor..eh. Who cares. Idk about you guys, but when im on my motard the only think i care about is WHEELIE!

I remember some jackass that wanted to trade his 625 for a sportbike. I'm so glad I didn't.

One lap around GSS and that was it. I love me some SV as well though but.

The motard is not a fad. The motard is growing in popularity because as you all know Houston is for bikes. Find a decent road within 39 miles for your sportbike. Every road is a good road for a motard. When the road ends......well there's another good spot for a motard.

I'll see you clowns at GSS this month.

Taking it to church though before the track day, to get the demons excised.

I might be on the SV also.
The tard is down waiting on a new rear spring and the carb is out in Cali getting some work.

Either way, look forward to seeing you guys.

By the way you need to make bumper stickers with the "Rida Angry, Live Happy" quote. Perfect philosophy (although I ride happy usually )

If I have enough time to rebuild the forks on the SXV, it'll be out there.
