Not for everybody, but if you grew up with a minibike, and used to do laps in the neighborhood before your old man got home from work while praying he didn't find out, motards may speak your language. If you're worried about what other people think about your ride, pass. They're not great in a straight line (like 99.9% of our roads around here) and the seat is hard on the .

If you're into jumping, sliding, and general asshattery, they're a riot.
...and THERE'S the reason i'm looking for a DRZ.

Between wheelies, stoppies, jumps, tight turns, big brakes, take a beating or fall and still love you And put the biggest smile on your face everytime you ride.....and all before you are 2 blocks from the house. That is to me what is so special about super motos.

That's pretty much it. They wheelie easy, the stoppie easy, they're cheap to fuel and fix, and the best part......................they crash EXTREMELY well.

I could probably use it. My test ride would be over so quick the nipples would still be on the tires.

I'm not sure if I'll be at the next one or not, but I am at most of them. Just come find me. I'll be....uh....the guy on the SXV.

Seem ghey.

I think Scoutguy meant me. I am hoping you meant you, otherwise go outside and practice getting up, I'll be there in a minute.

Although, I do fit that description at times.

FWIW, I have been known to let people ride my bikes...

Reason's I like motards:

-Upright riding possition = Commanding view of the road / track
-Nice wide bars for lots of leverage
-Super lightweight
-Crashes well
-Bumps? What bumps?
-Most fun you can have under 100 mph.

I could go on..

They aren't for everyone or for every occation, but I love mine most of the time.
