They are light, high lean angle.. great fun on tight twisties but not so much around here for the distance you have to go to get to any good roads..

If I lived in NC or TN I would have one and some $$ on deposit with the local PD..

It's not a fad until the posers show up. Chicks don't dig 'em either.

Not for everybody, but if you grew up with a minibike, and used to do laps in the neighborhood before your old man got home from work while praying he didn't find out, motards may speak your language. If you're worried about what other people think about your ride, pass. They're not great in a straight line (like 99.9% of our roads around here) and the seat is hard on the .

If you're into jumping, sliding, and general asshattery, they're a riot.

Have you ever ridden a dirt bike? Do you know the feeling you get when your on a dirt bike and it just feels like you can run over anything? The ear to ear grin you get from the lightness and flickability of it? I never met a person who didnt have a good time on one...

Well add some supersport sticky tires to the mix and give it the ability to out handle most SS bikes....Thats y Motards are

Can you jump railroad tracks or jump at all on a SS bike? NO
Can you go off road and hit the dirt trails on a SS bike? NO
Can you beat the , drop and just pick up without any damage and keep riding a SS bike? NO

I can go on and on about y Motards are the best thing since sticky race tires

I can tell you what I will never, for as long as Im able to ride 2 wheels, be with out a Motard

OH and you cant do this on a SS bike

Fixed, what you should have said is not "can you" but "would you want to"

I think Ive seen those pics of the SV on a real dirt/street motard track...either way like you said its not preffered...yea I know about Caldwell park and the flying sport bikes but lets face it they arent grace full or safe off the ground Your also not helping me prove my point

I would, after riding po-po's it made me want one even more, but I still think I'll end up on a KTM.
