In case anyone was wondering, I did extensive repairs on a customers (non mh member) motorcycle, over $2,200 worth and he basically committed credit fraud. He picked up the bike and paid with his credit card with intentions of doing a chargeback. Well his cc company allowed the chargeback and they took the money right out of my account. So this is no sour post, just looking to get what's owed to me and some justice. This guy is a friend of a friend also... What's wrong with people these days.

I thought credit cards were supposed to be secure. I'm sorry. Hang in there and get your money back.

Its easy to do. It will get the title from a lien holder not an individual who doesnt wanna give it up. Im not even a mechanic and I have done it.

I'll pay you to process one for me if you found it easy.
It's been agreed in principal but there are so many i's to dot and T's to cross we fall at the last fence!
pm me if you're interested.

If anybody knows of a reputable mechanics lien processor who does the work on behalf of the dealer/mechanic, please pm me
