That is why people are buying Harley instead of the Japanese bike, not because if is more durable or reliable but prestige.

They need one of these in their show room line up.

1994HDVR1000 R 600

Think about how much more market share they would have if they did.

Power baby, power. Nothing could make you appreciate life like when you feel your arm is coming apart at high rpm.

You may need to have your suspension adjusted and your wheels balanced.

About 1% increase for the mid life crisis peeps. Harley owner are majority older peoples, these old geeser just want to take it easy. They are not speedy racer, if they are, it would be an Italian or European bike that they are after. Just like car racers.

The only reason why they are geezer bikes is because they have not taken their heads out of the sand long enough to realize that their target market is getting older every year.

A production bike like this would not over take the market, but it would cause people to reevaluate their perceptions of American Motorcycles. It would also give them some much needed street credit that they are lacking now (look at Buell, they are a joke) and open up them up to an existing untapped market.

I would ride it and I am well under 30.

These are posers. Hardley put any miles in them. I have friends in mid 30's having Harleys and I know what they think. I traded my cruiser up for a sportbike because of speed, handling, and safety issues.
