Bright white, flat black or flat charcoal/grey?

I'm thinking on repainting my bike, it was originally red when I got it new but within a week I rattle can painted it white, I like the color but since it was cheap paint now it doesn't look so good anymore.

here is a pic of a bike like mine, but mine has a white tail
buell 1125cr white

this is the flat black I'm liking now.
attachmentphp?attachmentid151677&ampstc1&ampd1281149940

this is the flat charcoal/grey
Bright white, flat black or flat charcoal/grey?

I'm working on getting my wheels powdercoated, possibly in orange as well.

Flat black doesn't seem safe at night to me. Call me paranoid or what ever but it doesn't seem safe.

the color on that car is not flat, that is a satin black. a true flat will not clean well, anything oily or greasy will stand out on it as well.

If I do it flat, I'l use the system with a basecolor and a topcoat, like a clearcoat but that keeps the "flatness"

I would be crazy if I paint it true flat black, even dirt carried by the wind woud decimate the paint!

As already stated............... "flat" is not always a good way to roll. You ever have to care for a flat paint job? Good luck.......... oh and its a bike. So you WILL get scratches........... and if you try to buff that out lol wait till you see the results. Oh and OM MY does it pick up EVERY speck of dirt and oil.grease. I mean its your bike. Do what you want........... just MO

Stay away from flat as eveyone already said. Satin is bad enought. Even soap from washing will leave marks. The lint from a drying towel will leave marks (not permanant, but still there) Just see how long you can keep the small satin chain guard looking consistant. It doesn't take long and you have to put something on them to make them look new again Any high reflectivity will tend to minimise dirt and scratches just by the way it looks and it will wash very easily. You surely don't want to try and put WD40 on the whole bike. Unless you intend to make a showbike only.

Since this is the gear you normally wear I would do pink or stick with the white. It will match better.

KTM pink
