Just put my amazing bride to bed (she is recovering from surgery) and having a few beers alone to unwind. It has been a rough week; thank for great friends and family.

FYI...Hoegaarden Begian Witbier is best enjoyed between 50-55 degrees in a beer clean chalice. To get a glass "beer clean" after washing with soap...rub with salt and wipe all salt out, this will remove any excess soap / oil residue.
