Whats the basis for stating he was run off the overpass by another vehicle?
Any witnesses??

Yeah, I know that place well. I live off Mercury @ i-10 Look for the McDonalds and 4th street on the left next to the high school. There are a few times cars ride up close to me and wanna run fast but I pull out away and switch lanes and then slow and put a car or two in between me and them. They usually back off after I slow down a bit.
RIP for the rider.

You know, the other night I was coming into work on my bike, and there was a black accord following me kinda close on the bw8-I10 merger on the east side... I know for a fact he wasn't trying to run me off the road he was just 'playing' but I could see how another person could get intimidated by that.

Sport bikes just like sport cars attract a lot of 'attention' not just from cops but from every teenage road-racer with time and daddys money to kill. If your not carefull you can get caught up and put into a situation that you might not be able to easily negotiate out of. In the end it's your wreck not theirs if you get pulled into the moment and ride past your ability.

I don't have the first clue what happened with this person but that could be a possibility to consider.
