PLEASE don't let this be someone from here!

Fatality in NW Houston. I go over this ramp all the time and it scares me (well, I'm afraid of heights so most of the fly-overs scare me).

Take it easy out there guys n gals. Let's all make it through this awesome cooler weather!

I'd be willing to bet it was an operator error....as are 90% of the motorcycle related accidents out there. (BTW, that 90% stat was pulled outta my @$$)

Negotiate.... how about slow down a little bit because you are not winning any races on the freeway.

People racing on one form of transportation to another everyday. There are people in denial, they are in a hurry so it is not racing(racing against time). Learn to negotiate with the road people, ask the road to be a bit more straight.

I hate to see this. Also hate to make any assumptions, but 11 PM, hopefully he wasn't drinking. Also, obviously overcooked the corner and went wide.
My personal rule of thumb is don't enter the corner any faster than twice the posted (yellow sign) speed, unless I am very familiar with the road.

Would like to know more about how long he had been riding/skills...

RIP

He came up to Cycle Gear all the time, real nice guy. From what I heard he was ran off the road by another car. Sad to hear the news, bless his family and friends
