Are you sure about that? I was pretty sure that's what the rules were back when I got my license over 10 years ago...but I suppose that could be different now.

If there is any justice in the world he will be tried for manslaughter. Girl bears a small portion of responsibility for not vetting who she got on the bike with. Usually a girl will have warning signs of the kind of person you're dealing with. If someone killed my daughter like that there would have to deal with me and my shotgun when they get out of the hospital.

Sooo...what's the verdict on LEDs?
As long as they're not flashing?

I plan to do a lot of night commuting, so I was hoping rear facing red LEDs would help me from being rear-ended and side amber LEDs from being side-swiped.

Rear facing red lights are definitely ok. That I know.

45 year old woman riding on the back of a Harley with a 32 year old man. Outstanding DWI warrant. Running from police at 90mph. Yep, sounds like one of the primary reasons why I have never hung with the Harley crowd, even when I've owned one. Sad to say this story, minus the crash and death on impact part, is probably happening about 20 times a day in this city.

I feel for the 19 year old girl driving her hand-me-down Camry. That girl will never get on the back of a motorcycle, will bad mouth motorcyclists for the rest of her days, and will raise kids eventually who also hate motorcyclists.

Horseshit, my harley does way over 120 with two up.

Rip to the passenger, can't say much for the operator.

Did you push it off a cliff?

Maybe that was KPH.
