just questions about the 100% guarantee...
when i bought something they re assured me that it ( guarantee ) existed, but when i try to take advantage of it, they deny me.

just a little frustrated.

emailed corporate office too, just seeing where i can get a decent response.

When I bought my gloves the guarantee was not only for thirty days, and my gloves ended up falling apart with zero signs of rash as I'd never been down with them on. They told me it was thirty days now and turned me away, but not before trying to sell me a pair of their generic sedici .

the cheap dainese short gloves I had started coming apart AROUND the seams, like the leather just tore around where it was sewn on the palm. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have only bought 2 pairs of gloves there and they both came apart at the fingers. One set was some A-Stars.

when i bought my jacket they did not say it was a 30 day guarantee, the salesmen and the manager on duty said, even if i waited 2 years if i was not satisfied, do not hesitate to come back.
that was the selling point, i was at the store for a couple of hours debating on buying. i was hesitent to spend 400$...but the reassurance that if ANYTHING happened and i was not happy i could come back.
given the jacket was not damaged.
i even called the store a couple months ago and told them i still planned on coming back that i was just bussy, they said no problemo "well be here"

nothing is wrong with the jacket besides the fact that im not fat enough to wear it...

It goes both ways...I understand as a consumer but also on the buisness part..no telling how much money has been lost cause bikers go in buy stuff wear it for a season and say Naw I didnt like it...if it falls apart Yes refund with in a certain amount of days...if U just aren't happy cause u bought and take it back and try to Return it...sorry bud I don't agree with...But if that's their policy then suxs to be them..they need to change it..I have Bolt and frank thomas gloves that I will wear over A*...I have had no issues and have crash tested and like how they held up for the money

OP should go a different cycle gear. drive there and leave the item and reciept in the trunk. shop around in there for a while, and pick up a $400 jacket and hold it, ask some questions about it. subtly get the managers attention, ask the same questions and see if you can bait them into the same answer of "bring it back anytime, 100% satisfaction guarantee etc". record this on audio if you want to be ultra smooth. as soon as they give you that line of bs, say "oh really? cool. be right back". grab the out of the trunk and put it on the counter and say youd like them to honor what they just said.
