No beer should be made by illegals.

Mexican beer made in Mexico by Mexicans is ok because they are not illegal in their own country (novel concept I know, but someone has to state the obvious)

Domestic beer made by Americans is acceptable as well.

Mexicans need to make beer in their own country.
