NEW bike shop

What's up guys I am working on opening up a motorcycle shop here in Houston that does service and sell retail up front. Just wondering what would y'all like to see in a bike shop? And kind of merch would y'all like to see on hand. I know what I would like but what I like isn't always what sells. Just trying to get some insight from others.

Thanks,
Colby

Come to a bike night/bikini wash at Woods Fun Center in Austin. Two words... mobile bar.

I go for the stunt shows. My kids enjoy them.

I just want a place with a real good mechanic at fair prices. I like the thought of a place for everyone to chill have a bbq pit . Let me know where your shop is and I'll throw some business you way!

All these ideas sound great but the trick is to find a balance of all these things and still being effective in making money. Make sure u have solid mechanics or it will fall apart quick just by word of mouth.

Would love to have a solid shop thats close and I can buy parts/chill/grub and all for cheap!
