There isn't anything to be jealous of. One douche bag is far more than enough for any thread.

Now go be dumb somewhere else.

Prove it.... primary use is to help reduce potential head injury. Show substantial documented/empirical data that it does anything beyond that.

I always find it amusing that you use your age as a way of validating your argument or pretend you are more right than a younger person.
Age doesn't always equal wiser and someone that tries to use that is just showing how true that is. try again old man.
IF all I was relying on was 'age', you might have a point...but that's the neat thing, experience is an aspect of age.

Quote:
Definition of EXPERIENCE
1 a: direct observation of or participation in events as a basis of knowledge b: the fact or state of having been affected by or gained knowledge through direct observation or participation

2 a: practical knowledge, skill, or practice derived from direct observation of or participation in events or in a particular activity
You want to use your 'experience' as an example, but disregard that of someone with 'more'. :-) PROVE my point wrong.

I can not disprove the defenitions, nor can I disprove what experience you have had. Nor can you disprove what experience I have had. We will go nowhere.

However what I could bet money on, is that if you put two people (in the same fall situation as mine) one with helmet and one without, one person will require emergency (or at least medical assistance) taking away from the other people that may need it. All by not being proactive and protecting yourself from such injury.

....which PROVES nothing in regards to the topic, which is why I suggested you read the commentary in regards to 'scenarios'.

Based on your scenario/arguement we can just as easily say that ATGATT should be a law, and we could go so far to say that leather is the only acceptable material. So then, should the gov't dictate full face helmets, full leather suits, Full boots & gloves then?
