all of your posts have been selling one thing or another... this is not craigslist...

you would catch way less grief if you contributed something to the site... instead of only trying to a side hustle...

plenty of cmra racers post here... they comply with the rules... you can too - we believe in you...

kthx

^ is it a rule you have to contribute to the site to sell items or is this a guideline?

someone selling for profit like a busniess would obviously be a no-no, but what if its personal stuff? spare, used junk, etc?

im not trying to start trouble, just trying to understand the rules, its a little hazy. i also dont understand what this guys infraction was, he had a race team name in his sig and he bumped a thread? i dont get it.

np chris... it's actually a guideline right now... but it might be a rule in the future...

other sites require you to have a certain number of posts before you post up in the for sale section...

in this case, arturo deleted pearson627's post because his signature did not comply with the sigs rule... plain and simple...

what i was calling attention to - was that the majority of pearson627's posts are hustlin bikes/parts/whatever...

11-03-2006, BERETTA 92FS WITH LASER GRIP
09-25-2006, 2003 Yamaha R1 F/s
09-19-2006, 2005 Yamaha R6 clean
08-29-2006, 2003 Yamaha R1 race/track bike
08-29-2006, 2005 Yamaha R6 Blue clean
08-01-2006, 2004 SUZUKI GSXR-600 BLU/WHT *CLEAN*
07-06-2006, parts liquidation sale
06-27-2006, 2003 R1 Trackbike FOR SALE
06-27-2006, 2004 KAWASAKI ZX10R
etc., etc., etc.,...

also - nateorona's profile (his "teammate") reads pretty much the same way... the majority of his posts are in the forsale section...

when you have profiles that read like that, pretty much anything you post up is going to be subjected to scrutiny by the mods... so when arturo pulled his post/changed his sig - i'm sure he was just enforcing the sig rule...

selling/advertising on here is a privledge... not a right...

pearson - i know we've gone through this at least three or four times (about once a month) but again you can contact chris about setting up a sponsor's account - get your own section and not have to worry about these rules applying to your account/website/business/sig...

contact solracer if you change your mind...

/ drama

you can sell almost anything you want. if most of your threads are selling bike parts/bikes, then that throws up a red flag.

i erased his post because he was informed before to remove his sig with his racing team/company, whose majority of posts seem to sell parts/bikes. pearson and a few others are the reason that 'no-ad sig rule' was implemented.

I was never told anything about the sig just that I posted to many bikes and if I wanted to keep selling I had to pay....if I would have been told to just take off my team name I would have just do that, like I did the day you told me to...
