Thanks for the idea Chris^^^^
The only reason i find this so amusing is b/c i PM'd Sol several times in the past asking about becoming a sponsor, and never got any response. I've donated to the MH paypal account, and donated even more at the MH BBQ.
Now that i think about it, I'm LOSING money by being a responsible, caring MH member!!! Oh well, ban me if you want. It's all good in my hood!

rules are rules, and i understand that. I thought it was one of those situations where "it all comes out in the wash", but i was obviously incorrect.
sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do even if you disagree. Tis all good though, you know what they say, what goes around comes around.

i also asked sol about it, and havnt got a response, even though he was online for like an hour...ive also pm'ed him and dotcom asking for cards to handout etc...havnt heard anything about that either.

it just reminds me of how every two months someone asks for MH stickers and then someone volenteers to make some for free, and then they get threatened with being taken to court (WTF, for helping to promote a site!) and we hear oh, stickers are on the way, no one else can make stickers, cause they might make $2, just wait...

and everyone shuts up about stickers for another two months and then we do it again...:confused2

meanwhile if someone would just go to cafepress.com (i hope im not violating rules by mentioning their site) they could register with them, upload a few graphics and we could all be ordering stickers, shirts, hats, and all kinds of MH nonsense to promote the community, but again, it just wont happen because someone else might make a dollar off it. :BangHead:

Chris(Solracer) is a cool cat IMO, give him time to get back with you on the advertising. Just don't hold your breath, I asked(several times) when he started the sponsor thing, and never received a response.
I don't visit this site as much as i did in those days. i wouldn't even have time to advertise any more.

I don't see the problem with the rule.

We get away with behavior on this board that wouldn't fly on most any other forum.

That is why I think I have grone to like it here.
