Chris was the perfect example of a person you could have ever known. I fine example of what every person should strive to be. My cousin, Chris will be in my families thoughts until the day we day die and we join him in the Kingdom of Heaven. He is in a better place with our grandfather who is a 35 year veteran of the HPD. I will miss him sincerely and will cherish every moment I had with him. Thank you all

My name is Detective Jason Hardin with the Stafford PD. I know you guys did not know Chris, but I consider him family and I thank you very much for your condolences. The following info is for his services, I would be honored if any of you could attend. Chris loved his bikes and cars. We were both members of a local Mopar club. Once again, thank you all very much.

Funeral arrangements for Stafford Police Officer Christian Crum

Officer Christian Crum succumbed to injuries sustained in an off-duty motorcycle accident on Sunday, June 12, 2011. Officer Crum was a 4 year veteran with the Stafford Police Department and served in the United States Navy for 4 years.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2011, 5pm – 8pm at Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 S Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477 (281) 240-3300.

Funeral Services will take place Thursday, June 16, 2011, 10am at First Colony Church of Christ, 2140 First Colony Blvd. Sugar Land, Texas 77479 (281) 980-7070.

Internment at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077 (281) 497-2330.
All uniformed officers are asked to arrive early Thursday morning.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that contributions be made to the USO or any other Military Veterans Support Organization.

My condolences for his family and all you that knew him.

I recently lost a very good friend from complications from a motorcycle accident on December.

Thank you for coming here and posting this info.

Working in stafford and being someone who rides every day, I can say Stafford is a horrible place to ride, nobody in this area seems to see bikes and most just don't care.

dude, I hate driving in my DIESEL TRUCK through that place. seems that everyone drives with their head up their . It would seem that this season is as bad as the last season for rider deaths and the media seems to have little regard for their passing as evidenced by channel 13's shoddy reporting. MAYBE if the media would give a little extra effort they could contribute to the education of motorists or at the very least give a half assed interest in the passing of a human life needlessly.
