Seen a lot of ungeared bikers today.

On the way to work and on the way home I saw, literally hundreds od bikes on the freeway and only 3 people had gear on that I saw.

1 was on a BMW leaving town and the other was a couple on a Yamaha Star.

Already there have been a lot of crashes. Already 2 people ran into a car and might die and another is also in ICU from a single vehicle crash. Speed is thought to be a factor.

None were wearing gear.

It will only get worse.

I keep texting with a buddy thats a motors cop, gives me all the gossip. I know a lot of the bike cops in town.

eltejano, you should lay off this topic bro, unless you want to start a public health safety campaign concerning the use of motorcycles (which I could/would be willing to help you with, as it is well worth the effort and related to my education in Health Science). Just talking about it on MH is a waste of valuable time. PM if you are interested

Preaching to the choir, bro. I honestly don't care if somebody chooses to NOT wear gear; somebody has to be the statistic.

I'm a mom, but I'm not their mom!

if you really wanna say something buddy, tell that to them.... do what I do..
I see someone at the light with no gear then I pull up next to them and shake my head and tell them to put some gear on!!!!

we as riders know how bad it would be if something happens to us with no gear, but its the people out there that we need to worry about..

I saw a guy on a bikecycle this morning WEARING A HELMET... and there are cool kids that can't even do that...

Nah, like I said before, it was just an observation.

Just sucks that if someone is sick or needs medical care in a hurry, the hospitals will be full of these jack .

I dont care if they get hurt, just sucks that locals will have to wait for hours longer than normal at emergency rooms this weekend.

Well, don't almost get hit from behind.

Watch out for cars pulling out in front of you.

Don't get ran off the road by rouge harley riders...

And please save the turtles!
