Retention Pond Jump Video

As you know I ride trails by my house alot, and occasionally I get some video footage. I was out last week shooting some clips for my upcoming TOMBALLD TRAILS TO video and ran into some dudes I have seen out there a few times. The guy riding the YZ250F has only been riding in the dirt for a few weeks and showed me his new found jumping spot. Pretty good for only being on a dirt bike for a few weeks. Yes those are shorts and a tshirt, last time he didnt even have a helment. Enjoy!

time to pack in a shovel and shape the face of the jump a little. . .build up the lip and rock and roll!

Yup, you need a lip on that jump. You are jumping all Robbie Knievel style there, just straight forwarkd. More like Robbie Knawful.

Oh I did, but my ancient suspension on my 99 DR350 was not nearly as stupendous as Austins, plus I'm making a complete video of my escapades

No doubt in my mind, I will be organizing a dualsport/motard/dirtbike ride in the near future after I prepare my teaser video, so come on with it!

That was some nice distance! Looks like fun. Do you have a bunch of nice trails out there? We usually do a motard ride every Tuesday but we are slowly running out of new offroad terrain because it's all inside the loop. Maybe we should all do a ride on your side of town.
