For those of us that have never ridden a 2x, why is it more difficult than a 4x?

a 4 stroke has smooth and predictable power delivery. a 2 stroke hits the "powerband" at certain RPM's and delivers a rapid punch of acceleration. Time your stunts wrong on a 2 stroke and you're on your back with a quickness.

a 4 stroke you have engine braking and the power is smooth where with a 2 stroke you have no engine braking so you better be good with rear brake control and they way the power comes on on a 2 stroke is nothing like a 4 stroke. its just diffrent lol

Plus a 4 stroke will have more low end torque.

I used to kill some 1st/2nd gear wheelie on my brother KX250, but that thing will sneak up on you in a second.

wtf? stupid computer! powerband and touchy throttle makes it difficult. I had a kx80, like, 100 years ago and it was a bad little bike.

Man my best wheelies were done on my old yz80 it would wheelie all 5gears man that bike was scary fast I even did a few high chairs on it at the beach. Just watch that powerband it will sneak up on you other than that its easy!

One other thing to point out is Trails bikes most of them were 2stroke its just about throttle and brake control but just cuz its a 2stroke doesnt mean its not just as capable
