2 Part question

First off was wondering if anyone knew any open areas in Cypress for me to practice. There was a bus station off 290 right before skinner I use to play around in but seems someone finally bought the land up. My right turns are weak I need an open area to ride in a square, tried tight circles around the house but need to increase my speed.

2nd question how much skill is required to take an Advanced MSF course? I think track days require at least 6months if I am correct.
