Not that I'm taking from your injury.. And sorry you're hurt, but I'll trade you as I've blown a knee. Still waiting for that MRI... I think from what people are telling me so far...I may not be riding for this season......

. Hate to hear the bad news.

Seen it happen in a bar fight. Dude got punched in the head while on his back. Orbital fracture. He had some high-speed titanium bits put in. Had a Terminator look on his x-ray.

It sucks, but in the grand scheme of things pretty easily fixed. Shoot me a PM if you need anything brother.

Hey, I have had the top of my eye socked fractured as well as my upper jaw right over my second tooth. Made the new tooth come out all small and deformed.

It was when I was like 12 for fighting a 17 yr old, or more like TRYING to fight him.

Anyway, it was several kicks to the face with steel toed shoes that did me in.

All I remember is that hurting for a long time so its going to be a while til you can smile without it hurting. Then again, after this, not much to smile about.

OH, and I didnt have any feeling right at the corner of the eye down about inch and a half down my cheek for like 20 years. So dont be surprised if the skin around there is dead to the touch for a while once you heal.

I had my eye socket broken by a guy's wrist cast in a fight on the beach in Hawaii when I was 16. I found out 20 years later in 2006 when I had sinus surgery when the X ray showed the old break. The good news is the pain goes away in about 2-3 days if you don't put any pressure on it. Headaches lasted a week.
