dang, that sucks. going on a whim here, will say 1 of 2 factors i can immediately see.

Realized, something was off..he tried to pull his body in, and correct when even he probably knew he shouldnt have. maybe he slid in his seat, or realized he was about to put knee down on one of the markers.. but that initial kneejerk reaction completely unsettled it, and put bike to pavement.

he is going slow. maybe too much angle, not enough speed, realized this, shifted body, and whammo? definitely his body what caused it.

Guess I am not as perceptive
Looks like everything going well, speed not even that high, and the front wheel washes out for some reason. making it appear he turned the wheel harder the wrong way, in any event the Helmet worked well he's not even phased.
Be interesting to see what the folks with lots of track time think.

He just lost the front. The "knee jerk" came from that.

He tried to shift his body up away from the lean (WHY???) and that counter-weighted the bike down, hard parts met the road, sparked up and washed out.

Watch his spine just before he wrecks.

He was definitely covering the front brake with two fingers...possibly something in his path spooked him.

I can't tell if he squeezed his brake at all, but definitely had that front brake covered the entire time

Well, he pushed on the right clip on and turned the wheel. PLUS he was going way to slow for that kind of lean, started to fall over.

It looks like he over corrects the bike at the last minute, right before he goes down you see him flick the bike closer to the ground. After that it starts to give out and you see him react by moving his leg closer to the tank. If he needed to correct at that point he should have rolled on the trottle more which would have shifted the weight to the larger contact patch and made the bike turn in more. It is possible he got on the brakes as well.
