I'm not hating, it's just kind of odd that a 2000 gixxer with a stretch and paint beat out an MV F4. It has nothing to do with the bike's price tag.

I feel like the MV didn't win because the judge(s) were afraid of obvious things like people thinking it would have won only because of the price and such.

Anyone, just my opinion.

Carry on.

And in all honestly, neither of them listed mods... so wasn't that part of the criteria? List mods the bike has done to it, so in essence the Gxxer wasn't even complying and still beat out the 999r and MV?

LOL, is all I'm saying.

Congrats to the winner, disregarding my opinion. I'm not taking anything away from your bike.

One of the criteria that is used is what's been done to the bike vs an expensive but stock bike. Obviously appearance comes into play, but beauty is also in the eye of the beholder.
For that treason alone we've had some very interesting BOTM's from a wildly modded Ruckus to a stock Nightster 883.
While you're always welcome to disagree with the choice for BOTM, I would ask you use a little discretion and pm me your concerns / thoughts rather than detracting from the winner.

Anyhow, back on topic, congrats to 1HEALTHY750.

Congrats to the BOTM owner and his beauti.

And guys, there is no reason to be upset here. You may know by now i posted some pictures of my bike not to win any contest or coupon to purchase anything but just to show you a bike that you will not probably see in person too many times as there were only 100 made worldwide

And to the mods, etc, what can you do to a bike with full carbon fairings, magnesium swing arm, alum rims, titanium full exhaust, platinum plate with number 45/100 and so on. Actually you would have to be pretty stupid to even change something imo.

Would love to see the winner bike in person, looks like a cool paint scheeme but cant really appreciate the details on picture.

I agree with you. I must say great collection you have I would do the same and share the pics some will never see what you have. Thats why I posted my bike didnt think anything would come out of it just want to show others and help my friend with his paint jobs but must say when I have the unlimited funds I would be like Jay Leno and his car collection plus I would have a huge bike collection lol

Congrats to 1HEALTHY750 on winning BOTM. I defer to the decision of the judges and respect the outcome.

There were some very nice bikes presented and whether or not the selected BOTM was the one I would have chosen is of no consequence.

Congrats again to 1HEALTHY750!

Maybe one day I will get around to entering this contest. BlackBeauty might stand a chance...
