I am not doubting the power of the shot but we are talking about moving target or hiding target. Enemy will not stand still like a practice target. Picture target don't shoot back. Like I said if you could pick a shot and kill the enemy, you are one bad .

This law....yeah it's ok to help with the illegal immigration problem. Not agains that.

What I don't like/care for is how the law came up. I mean, would it have come up if it wasn't an illegal that shot the cop???? I seriously doubt it. Don't get me wrong....feel bad that the cop lost his life, but come on now Politicians are using that incident to get this thing going. Wasn't a cop killed like two years ago? I don't recall any new laws being set forward as a result of that one. It's ridiculous.

Begin the hate...

I think if anything this law is being passed to empower are police force a little more when faced with situations that involve illegal aliens. That is it. HPD is not in the bussiness of rounding up illegals. They do not generate income from that type of work but, it will help cops when you get plowed into by some illegal. Or, get robbed by one... etc.

Lets move out!
well the cop i talked to told me the reason for this law is to get rid of illegals,,he sadi the reason being is because after making felony arrests,INSis informed they have an illegal, and then they post bond and never show up to court, and also the guy who shot that cop in the head from the back seat was illegal.so im waiting till monday to see if its true.
