new law passing on monday

well i was just informed from a HPD officer that on this coming monday, there is a new law being passed.he said that it is due to the illegals here.he said anyone that is questioned by a law enforcment officer and has no i.d.,and is an illegal(i guess they can tell cause they dont speak english) will be arrested, and if they cant prove residency they will be handed over to I.N.S.,and will be deported.,the best part is,he said they dont even have to commit a crime,as before they could not detain them unless they commited a crime ,but come monday it is all gonna change.
what do u all think of this new law?

more work for the cops, but definitely a good thing. among other things, lot many illegals will think twice before doing even the smallest of crimes bcos this time they aint going to jail, they going straight home to motherland, VIA JAIL.

you just found out? its been the top story for the last few days.

also, what you stated is not true. illegal aliens that are arrested and have a felony/warrant will be handled by ICE. not all illegals will be deported if they are stopped.

the thing is...my bro wrecked my hatch because a drunk illegal t-boned him at the bay area/spacecenter blvd intersection.....he ran the red light at least 5 seconds after the fact....

the mother****er actrually tried to run away from the scene in his POS pontiac sunbird

luckily my dad was behind the ****er and followed him while calling the cops.

once the cops came on and got the guy....he was an illegal, drunk, no liscense, no insurance, no documentation that the car was his, and he ran from the scene......cause 2k in damage to my hatch we had to take it to our insurance

****er's like this need to leave.

if they dont have a valid ID. its not a round up.

i bet this doesnt last too long if the hispanic (since most illegals are hispanic) community does not cooperrate with authorities becasue they are scared to speak to them.

and its not a LAW.

FYI

Quote:
The department will hold people detained or arrested for traffic violations or other minor crimes Class C misdemeanors if warrant checks show they are wanted by federal agents for defying an order to leave the country or for returning after being deported in connection with a criminal case.

STILL PROHIBITED <--- That means not allowed
Quote:
Still prohibited: Arrests of people solely because they are in the country illegally, inquiries about immigration status of people not under arrest, working with federal agents on routine immigration enforcement.
HPD is the source.

Yeah that might be true...but i'd just prefer camping out somewhere with a sniper rifle and picking you off from 500 yards+ away....
