It is sweet, however, one of the biggest issues w/ V-twin sportbikes is the heat generated from the rerar exahaust cylinder & header and it's subsequent effect on the rear shock's damping.

Looks like they made no real effort to avoid that, in fact you can't get much closer to the shock than this...
