yes and no.........

yes i felt uneasy cause divorce is still a really touchy subject in the public eye.

no, becuase they really did a good job making an happy undertone.

i never had to go through a parents divorce...but i'm sure many poeple have, and the commercial might bring up negative connotations.

Commercial for ya. Makes it look nice and pleasant. , I gonna get divorce tomorrow that way I could have more time to ride with y'all. I could still see and talk to her and see the kids. Just don't have to deal with taking care of the kids and her whiny needs and I could have with other females. Oh, ! I forgot, I am already divorced and I am taking care of my son. :laughing6

JK......He is a bundle of joy! I'll be lost without him.

wife must have been a real prize winner. if a woman doesn't get custody of the kids tha'ts a bad sign the wife can be a crack on the street and if she wants the kids the court will more than liekly give them to her. every woman that didn't get custody of the child is usually one that didn't want to deal withthe child. :eh:

Another thing to look at is that new show on CBS. It's called The New Adventures of Old Christine. It shows the wife, exhusband and new girlfriend thing all getting along pretty good. It is a pretty funny show that touches on those taboo issues of divorce. These days, it kind of makes you wonder about even getting married. Oh my, times have changed.

i remember my mom and dad telling me that when a childs parents were divroced when they were going to school it was like people would be whispering and stuff. I know the realization of the statistics of failed marriage you just still rarely see it in commerical form which has traditionally been a family together husband and wife.

It took me until the 2nd or 3rd time seeing it before it clicked :eh: Probably because it was so unexpected.

In my case, my 1st wife and her 2nd husband have stayed at our home in San Diego for up to a week............kinda weird having wife #1 AND #2 in the house. Not that we are best friends or anything, but at the time it was the way things needed to be.

The first time I saw it, it caught me off guard! I really like it! Adults always say they put their kids first, but do we really! This shows two adults putting the differences aside to spend time with their children!
