Just put some water weld on it and call it a day. As far as the fan can u bend it back? Is it an aluminum fan or plastic one?

OK How do you get a pin hole leak from a warped fan?
Seems if the fan hit the radiator damage would occurr but a pin hole leak?
Pin hole leak sounds more like corrosion than fan.

the fans of the 600 and 750 are different, so be sure to get one for a 750. it is a lil slimmer than the one from the 600.

Hmmm I would have somebody look at it. U should be able to tell if it's a pin hole or not by looking at it while it's running. If it's a small enough hole I would use water weld as a permanent fix. Check to see if the fan is plastic or aluminum, I had an aluminum after market fan on my ZX14 so this could be the case on yours. Check eBay as there should be plenty of parts for ur bike on there....

+1 exact thing happened to me waterweld is the best but where the fan mounts I put a few washers on each bolt to off set the fan a little bit won't rub on the radiator

This is the best thing you can try before you go and spend money you don't have to. Drain your coolant then apply the water weld. Next take off your fan it's only 3 bolts. In front of those bolts stack a few washers on them and put your fan back on and thats it. Fill your radiator back up.
