Funny thing is that I have had this contraption for 2 years and have never used it. Still don't think I will because of the HOV lane, however I did come home one day around noon and was on the Katy toll and it wasn't until I got to the checkpoint that I noticed both lanes said EZTAG only. I knew it was like that on the weekends but I didn't know they changed it up during the week.

It's called an EZTag

I keep mine in the tail. Usually doesn't get picked up in the EZTag lane but it will open a gate if I stop.

Mine's in my saddle bag. Gets picked up in the EZTag lanes & no problems with gates. If you keep it in your jacket, don't put the jacket in your cage. You will get double-billed, & they won't give your money back.

have had this happen to me . pulled up to a gate to throw in change since i was driving one of my rides that does not have eztag. back pack was in the back seat. as i was about to throw the change in the gate opened. it was so early in the morning i didnt register why that happened and tossed the money in . double charged!!! lesson learned

Yours may be an EZTAG but mine is a TXTAG works anywhere on Texas tolls. Look forward to meeting you, hunt me down at the big meet next wednesday.

+1 to trunk. i just keep it strapped down w/ one of the bungees used to hold down the tool kit.

EZTAG is harris county but it works as a TXTAG anywhere in texas as well.
