Who's gonna report us, the guys stealing the bikes?

What if we rig the bike to explode!!! Then when its in the truck, kaboom!!! Insurance covers the bike and we get thieves a new thing to look out for, exploding bikes!!!

That video would be awesome!!!!

That was the problem, apparently there are no cameras on the bike parking. So the the cops had nothing to work with. This was also why I was angry at TMC parking. There are camera's everywhere, but on motorcycle parkingt area.
Makes NO sense.

Any word on your bike? I could have sworn I seen it at 4:30 this mornign ripping down 225 with some clown thug squid on it.

The tail looks just like your picture.

Still stolen. Honestly, I don't think I will get it back. I thought by now it would be in pieces, or that or some in mexico would be riding wheelies on it.
If it is still here in one piece that is the best case scenerio. There is a chance the DB that stole it could still be riding it. I hope he falls at 90 wearing nothing but jeans and at T-shirt. If he survives then I hope some one calls the cops and he gets taken to jail.
If it was pearl white, with that tail, white wheels and seats, it was probably mine. Not many 08 CBR 1K's in houston modded like that. Let me know if you see it again.

This bike was pearl white, and had the white inserts on the side of the seats like yours,

Thanks for the info. Where were you at on 225?
PS.
I hope the thief gets what is coming to him. I don't wish death on him. I wish a painful slide, that takes month or 2 of burning nights and showers to recover from as his skins tries to grow back. Plus a trip to jail.

I had just got on 225 at Center street, I had ran past him around Bearle/preston just west of the beltway.

Really sorry to hear man, it was a good looking bike. I've been in Houston for 3 months and if it's one thing I've learned from reading on here is DON'T LET YOUR BIKE OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!! Anywhere in any town/city when you park your bike out somewhere, you "park at your own risk". That's why I haven't gone out to any meets from here. I don't know if there's any place I'd be able to walk away and not still have it in sight. Not dumping on you, but i keep reading on here about bikes getting stolen. And in a lot of cases, the owners had bad judgement on where it was parked or stored.

Just got a call from the police. Apprently they caught the who has my bike!
I don't know much about the circumstances, yet. They did tell me he was trying to get the bike re-keyed.
They wanted to confirm the bike was still stolen. He also told me they we going to put a felony charges on the guy.

From the way the officer was speaking, it sounded like he had already been busted for another felony. They were in his house/garage when they found my bike. If that is true, I don't think he will be stealing anymore bikes for a while.
