CBR 600RR 07 or 2005 1000K REPSOL ? help!

I may be trading my cbr 600 07 3xxx miles pretty clean for a repsol 2005 7k miles which is pretty mint as well. Am i dumb for asking should i trade or not?

i've only ridden a liter bike a couple of times, but im not scared of the power or anything. was just looking for some more insight

That would be a dumb move, IMO. If you are going for a 1k, get a CBR1000RR 2008+

start saving your money for the extra insurance....the only question I have is....why would someone trade straight up a 1k for a 600? anything wrong with the 1k? have you had it checked out? do you know the seller (or trader to be)?

3years with a cbr600
why do you want/need the power?
don't necessarily want or either
whats wrong with your current bike?
nothing, at all
is it a real repsol?
doing research as we speak!
what is the bike history?
7k miles the guy trading is 5'4 120 pounds, didnt think about it when he bought the bike

honestly..i think the bike you have is stellar. given your experience i would try some track on the 600 first.

trust me.. a 600 is plenty fast and VERY nimble. also eaier on gas and insurance.

speed is mostly the rider.

I'm on a liter bike and i get passed plenty by 600s on the track.
