New look.

Ive been looking to change the color scheme for my bike and I thought matching bike and helmet would be a neat idea. I am Horrible at photoshop from what you can tell but I thought I would share my idea anyway. I know my opinion matters most Im just looking for comments from fellow members on how you like/dont like the look. Thanks

Also I may keep the stars on the bike silver. I Just didn't do it on the picture

- if that's photoshop & not actual paint job, you're pretty good

- paint the bracket holding on the rear pegs black

- paint the foot under your kickstand to silver or gold (me likey the foot though)

- theoretically for true matching you'd want the innermost "stripe" (touching the stars) to be silver, if matching bike color to helmet. No need to be that picky... quoteth above poster, "looks bad !".

Thanks! The foot is actually a cap from a water bottle lol.

I will be removing the passenger pegs most likely.

I see your point on the inner stripe on the bike, I was going to redo it in photoshop but got too lazy lol.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I don't think it should be very expensive to paint. I just have to find a good artist. I only plan on painting the side cover piece of the bike, not sure the correct name for it. The helmet I don't think should cost much.

Why dont you just get that part of the bike vinyl wrapped? It would be a TON cheaper to accomplish.

Thanks I didn't consider that. I wonder how well they can keep the lines to run along the edge of the plastic. If you notice I didn't paint the top tip of the piece that comes up sort of like an arrow. I wonder if that would be difficult to do. The editing was really rough.

The quality of the wrap would be based on the quality of the image they get. If anything call or drop by a place that does this and start asking questions. Only they would be able to tell you for sure if it can be done.

Looks good But matching helmet matching bike gets to be alittle to much. Are you matching leathers and boots to?

I have done a few paint scheme on my bikes. But i have never actually got it done. How much does a custom pain job run on bikes usually?

No my gear is mostly all black, nothing custom there, I agree less is more.

I will be removing the passenger pegs, and installing graves adjustable rear sets, I think matching levers will be a good idea. Or I may just get them black also.
