ya know i rode a HD last weekend, and was not really impressed w/ the brakes........after i found it only had 26mi on the bike, i was thinking that was why........but maybe it's just the bikes in general.

After riding a Honda for years.... nothing will feel like they have good brakes. :laughing6

the problem with a harleys brakes is the brake lines. they come out of the mastercylinder really tiny and open in to a much bigger hose that has a lot of flex. but im sure that their ultra high tech brake calipers could use a little more thought as well. excluding the new drivetrain and wiring and those terds are almost exactly the same thing they made more than thirty years ago. minus the v rod but thats not really a harley
