lot of chevy fans i can tell you that. appreciate the care for what it is. goodness. I'm not a fan of old school cars so the new camaros retro styling doesn't look good to me. people say chevelle ths and that but frankly i think theyare ugly and I don't fancy straight line speed.

I like mustanges and camaros but if you put the two in front of me to buy I will take the camaro all day long and just wait and see how over priced those mustanges when they get the 281 or 351 badging LOL. No thank you....

I like both straight line speed and raw horsepower, it all comes down to torque and who is the winner in the end, and that would be the CAMARO

J
retro stickers are one thing but those are ome hard core retro lines. looks good for some and i'm sure it will be nice to drive.

by the way a good driver will over come that big fat bloated torque laden engine anydays in the corners. heck on the strip too when uned right but then again the strip doesn't matter to me at all.

If Camaros are so much better why were 9 out of 10 people buying Mustangs over the Camaro/Firebird? :dontknow:

And when was the last racing championship that Camaro won?...do people even still own these cars?

Cameros are not just straight line cars with a few suspension mods they can pull over a 1G on the skidpad for a live axel rear end that is really friggin good. Everyone just mods them for straight line cuase it is easyier and cheaper and they can use it more in Houston as there are not many places you can take a car and flog it through the corners here

I heard about the Parnelli Jones edition last year, and knew I wanted one.I'm not a big fan of the Bullitt though, but only because I own an 01 Bullitt, and it was supposed to be the only ones built according to Ford.:eh:

CRZY747, I don't know about it exactly being built for women in particular, but I'll humor you and say it was. The Camaro/Firebird was GMs answer to Fords ponycar, so wouldn't that also make it built for women?

I am not junior, I would bet that you are a lot younger than I am ???

Either way that is my opinion, next time your out on the road look and see who is driving the mustang's, I would bet your 9-10 is a WOMAN.

I really could care less either way, I have had a mustang back in 91 when it came out with star rims. That then was faster than the camaros with a whole 225 hp or something like that. Then the camaro released it with the LT1 and has been the fastest out of the camaro to mustang debate. Then the LS1 came out, in 97 vette then 98 camaro.. Which still kicked the mustangs ... I do like the 03-04 cobra, but for the price I would rather have a z06 vette, which I just sold. I had a 02 MY z06, which would run circles around your mustang.

Come again SON

The 9 out of 10 Mustangs you see driven by women are generally V6's also. Same with Camaros, but it seems that because you like them more, you don't pay attention to the V6 Camaros, only the Z28's & SS's.

About your Z dragging a Mustang GT, well I would hope so, that's a pretty obvious and dumb statement.

I can't argue that, unless I was going to mod it for straight line. At the end of the day, I'd still rather have the Chebby.
