My .02 is that Rizla or Lucky Strike fairings are borderline Ricky Racer-esque. For instance, in the pic you posted, there is a Yosh sticker on the fairing but its running Akrapovic exhaust.
See what I mean?

My suggestion if you want to set yourself off: Buy the 750, sell the OEM fairings, use the cash from the sale to buy new aftermarket fairings and have someone like Tony Ta do a BADASS custom to YOU paint job for a few hundred bones. You will probably come out close to even depending on how much you can sell the OEM plastics for.
Then you have a custom painted GSXR that no other person, squid or racer, has in the whole world.

What we're trying to say, dude, is that if you grew up loving Suzukis and drooling over the GSXR and GSXR750, then get one. You wont be disappointed. Sure there are tons of squids on them, but who gives a ?
Do you want to buy a R6 or Ninja and wish you had gotten the GSXR?
Buy the bike YOU want, not the bike that fits the desired "image."

image.
pure words of wisdom there for him.
Sounds like he is 16-71 years old if that.

I would bet youre thinking of custom paint is in skulls and bullshit.

A good painter can do a badass job for you that'll look slicker than any prepainted ebay fairings or any OEM paint.

Really? You didn't know yosh and akra came together to build the most badass exhaust ever conceived by man? THey only made l2 of them, and that gixerrrrrrrr is one of the lucky few to get it.

Or at least that's what the guy at pp1 told me.
