Pretty sure he will be talking about getting to drive your car for a while. I heard about it all the way home.

Yeah, I know what you mean... I think I might have a new addiction. Lol. Gotta do my my first true trackday, and I'll go from there.

That might of happened, on my last water run, there was only like 5 water bottles left in cooler, no powerade. I'm glad they restocked, it was pretty toasty out there, especially for the riders on the track.

As far as the monsters went, we were not chilling them for the reason of NOT wanting our trackday guys or anyone else chugging them down instead of cold water, powerade, (tea or lemonade if you ate BBQ) and getting really dehydrated.
Good point on the Monsters, that's why I stayed clear of them. That cold water sure was going down good.... Lol.

Thanks.

yea thanks tim it was a great event. I think there should be more sponsers and be moore advertisement done for the event like they do for the lone star ralley, but definately more sponsers and activities like for the kids. Im sure the guys woulnt mind more models walking arround representing certain sponsers thing like that would make it a little better. That was my first time and i still had a great time and will be looking forward to the next one, thanks a million Tim

There were about 6 vendors who didn't show, and backed out at the last minute, but a great time was had by all. I am really looking forward to seeing how well we can outdo ourselves next year!

I'm just glad you got her stuffing her face and cropped me out of the shot... Last name I'd had would have been grace trying to keep my bread from blowing away, one hand down to prop myself up, and one hand trying to cut the link. haha.. Oh.. I mean.. Why were you picking on her.. she was just trying to get her grub on in peace.. lol.. (it was funny though)

We've already started talking about next year, and ways to improve the event as a whole. Can't wait to do it again! Thank's to all that participated and helped with operations! Couldn't have done it without you!
No pics.. it didn't happen.. lol.. (actually saw you entering in and was drolling on myself.

Wish I knew. Have a friend with a party company with moonwalks. I saw the ball (well one of them) and was wondering what the deal was.. But got caught up in a kiddish excitement with the parade lap.

Being a track noob all I can say is amazing event. I do wish that times would have been posted or something as to when what was going on. I was walking back from the carts when we realized the raffle was going on and I had no clue as if I had won or not.. (I know.. boohoo.. my panties are in a bunch.. lol) But that's probably the only think I can think of "bad" if you will.

As a noob, if there were time and instructors, maybe a teaser class after the parade lap to 'wet your whistle'.. You know, just enough to make you reflect on what you did so you know that if you come back and take the whole class you WILL get better. (if even physically possible though with in staffing limits)

I did LOVE the fact that instructors were out there and showing you some very good lines. Which helped a lot. (Except that diamond's edge. LAWD how to you get that big ol' busa around that sommamabiach)

*(side note to riders though, if you are in someone's way in a corner and they blast you on the straight, don't try to slide in at the last minute because you're just going to be in the way again.. let them pass)

I never really got to talk to any instructors and just meet the staff (I know.. they are at work), but thought the way they handled all the noobs on the parade lap (myself included) was amazing because I thought I was going to be "THAT GUY"...(again.. diamonds edge) And with some unlucky instructor, one day soon... before the calendar flips years; I will have diamonds edge down with my busa...

Tim, can you guys get girls in tight shirts and short shorts to walk around at every track day? Maybe they can wash bikes in bikinis too. Or have them work as umbrella girls? I'm just saying that cute chicks are vital to our sport.

You seem to be doing just fun in the cute chick department without his help. Just get yer 'ol lady to bring an umbrella.
