there is a difference ...... one things to engage in sexual relations or something like that .... completly different to kill someone, trust me i know, its not an easy task, even though he is 10 he still should pay pretty hard for this. IMO

killing = taking someones life
= possibly creating a life

ok now that you understand that let me say.....But even a 10 yr old who picks up a gun, goes outside and shoots his father 5 times, has intent to shoot, and knows what the outcome of shooting a person will be.

sorry buddy you cna't pick and choose when it comes to doing right and wrong. you can't say he/she's old enough to understand this but not old enough to understand this. i'm sure he knew cigarettes were bad for him why can't a 10 year old boy or girl go and buy cigs i mean since thy know if it's good or bad and what it will do to them.

I am not saying nor have i ever said that its ok to pick and choose when its ok do do or not do things....what i am saying is if you do something then you pay for your actions...if you have and have a child you should take care of it, get a std you paid for it, steal something then pay for it, etc. If you dont get caught then you are lucky, if you get off easy then good for you learn form your mistake, if you kill someone you should pay for it with more than probation, if he gets 40 yrs then it is disereved, I am not saying "you can pick and choose when it comes to doing right and wrong. you can't say he/she's old enough to understand this but not old enough to understand this."

clear enough yet?

you're either a adult or not a adult not adult enough for this and that but not this. I'm all for charging 10 year olds but do it across the board. 10 year old should be able to work hold a job move out pay rent have kids you know. since he's being handled like a adult when he does something wrong why can't he be a adult when he's not doing wrong.
