Pc3 issue

I noticed last week that my 07 gsxr 600 would surge at high rpms. I figured it was time for a new clutch. I installed the clutch today and still the same problem. This time I was extra watchful of what it was doing while I was test riding it.

Surged in any gear at wot. Ease of the throttle and it was good.

Did some research and people complain about the tps position. Mine checked good.

I went to disconnect the pc3 just for and giggles. Low and behold the surging went away.

I installed the pc about a month ago with a makeshift Windows app on my MacBook. I was not comfortable with the way my MacBook was running this app but it seem to download the map.

Why would the pc do this? Should I remap the pc with a real windows laptop if I can find one?

Sounds more like clutch adjustment, clutch may be partially engaged causing it to "slip" at WOT.

EDIT: I saw you said that disconnecting the PC3 resolved the issue, odd.
